Ingredients:

  • 1 (6 oz) can canned salmon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne
  • 1/8 tsp celery seed
  • 1/8 tsp curry
  • 1/8 tsp dill
  • 1/8 tsp fennel
  • 1/8 tsp garlic
  • 1/8 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp oregano
  • 1/8 tsp parsley
  • 1/8 tsp rosemary
  • 1/8 tsp thyme
  • 1/8 tsp sage
  • 1/8 tsp tarragon

Directions:

  1. Drain salmon well
  2. Place into mixing bowl & mash up with fork
  3. Add the other ingredients and mix together and form patties
  4. Place patties into pre heated skillet and spay with non stick spray
  5. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
