Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven 350f
  2. Arrange bread in a spiral pattern in a greased 9 inch pie plate arranging the edges to form a crown.
  3. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over the bread.
  4. Whisk together eggs, milk salt and pepper until well combined.
  5. Stir in salmon, green onions and remaining 1 cup of cheese. Pour over bread.
  6. Bake at 350f for 35-40 minutes or until center is set. Check it after 25 minutes to be safe, but mine took 45 minutes!
