Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together cubed bread, cubed zucchini and onion.
  2. Add cheddar.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine egg, garlic pwdr and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add to zucchini mixture and toss until coated.
  5. Bake covered in a greased casserole at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes until zucchini is fork tender.
