Salmon Cakes Cooked with Olive Oil

Ingredients:

  • 18 oz salmon
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp red pepper
  • 1 tbsp of salt
  • 1/4 cups olive oil

Directions:

  1. Combine Salmon, eggs, black pepper, red pepper, and salt in a bowl. Mix 1/2 cups of bread crumbs saving 1/4 cups for the outside coating. Cook on top of stove in hot olive oil.
