Directions:

  2. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Arrange butter and radicchio lettuce on six plates.
  5. Divide orange sections among salad plates.
  6. Drizzle each salad with the cooled dressing and serve.
