Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until soft and edible, about 10 minutes.
  2. Hard boil eggs. Turn off heat immediately and let sit until the water is cool enough to put in your hand.
  3. Remove them from the water and peel.
  4. In a pan, sear your tuna, then cook on medium high for a few minutes until it is cooked all the way through.
  5. Cool and slice into strips or small chunks.
  6. Circumcise the green beans and boil for a few minutes to blanch, but not too much or they will turn a dull color.
  7. Mix all ingredients to make a salad.
  8. Chill if you want, or serve while the potatoes are still warm.
