Round Steak with Gravy

Ingredients:

  • 1 salt , pepper and onion powder to taste
  • 12 oz beef broth
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Season beef with salt, pepper and onion powder. Brown beef on both sides in a touch of olive oil over high heat. Add beef broth, and reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for 1 - 2 hours.
  2. Remove meat, and turn heat up to medium high. Mix flour with water, and add to broth, whisking to mix until thickened.
