Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix olive oil, lemon pepper, lemon pepper, rosemary, and onion in a bowl
  2. Coat chicken with mixture
  3. Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray
  4. Sear chicken on both sides (med high heat)
  5. Reduce heat to medium, continue cooking chicken until 165 degrees, or no longer pink (about 15 minutes) I covered to keep moist (can turn down heat a bit that way) remove cover to brown.
