Rose Petal Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 & 1/2 cup. blueberries, rinsed
  • 3-1/2 cup. sliced nectarines
  • 1/4 cup. johnny-jump-ups (stems picked off), rinsed and drained
  • 1& 1/2 tsp. flower water

Directions:

  1. Arrange berries and nectarines on a platter.
  2. Sprinkle flowers over fruit.
  3. Mix vinegar with rose flower water to taste.
  4. Spoon evenly over salad.
  5. Season to taste with salt.
