Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs

Directions:

  1. Grease 9x5x3 loaf pan.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Combine blueberries, flour, oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and sugar in a large bowl.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk and eggs.
  5. Pour the yogurt mixture into dry ingredients and stir until blended.
  6. Spoon into pan.
  7. Bake at 350 for 60-65 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
