Rose Petal  Cucumber Yoghurt  Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mash garlic and mix in with salt and chopped mint using a wooden spoon in bottom of a bowl
  2. Stir in the yoghurt and mix well
  3. Peel cucumber and cut in half lengthwisese remove seeds and slice in rounds
  4. Fold them into the yoghurt mixture
  5. Chill and best after 2 hours of chilling
  6. Use the rose petals to garnish and surround the sides of the salad in the bowl with them.
  7. Sprinkle some smaller chopped petals over the salad
