Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Combine rice and first 5 ingredients in a pot,cook on medium for 25 minutes until most liquid is absorbed add lemon zest and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
  2. Spoon into serving dish and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon.
