Ingredients:

  • 2 tlbs sour cream
  • 1 tlbs olive oil
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 - 3 tlbs fresh basil chiffonade

Directions:

  1. Blend everything together season to taste with salt pepper and more olive oil if necessary and refrigerate for about an hour.
  2. Serve with pita bread and your guests will love you!!
