Roasted Garlic and Garlic Oil the Easy Way!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place cloves on cookie sheet in a single layer .
  3. Lightly coat garlic cloves in olive oil.
  4. Toss with herbs and lightly season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roast for 15 minutes toss then roast for 15-20 more minutes or until garlic is soft.
  6. Place in an airtight glass container with enough olive oil to cover.
  7. Refrigerate garlic is coldest part of your refrigerator.
