Ingredients:

  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp mixed herbs
  • 100 ml cream

Directions:

  1. Steam mussels in all ingredients, but cream, under cover until opened.
  2. Once opened remove mussels and pour in cream in the mussel stock .
  3. Heat and pour over mussels.
