Roasted Brussel Sprouts

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Cut the stem end off brussel sprouts and mark the bottom with a shallow X
  3. Toss brussel sprouts with olive oil, garlic, pepper, and cumin
  4. Roast brussel sprouts in a shallow baking pan for 20 to 25 minutes
  5. Remove from oven and drizzel vinegar over the top
