Roasted Asparagus With Shaved Asiago

Directions:

  1. Position a rack in the upper third of an oven and preheat to 450.
  2. In a large shallow baking pan toss asparagus, wine, salt, pepper and olive oil until evenly coated.
  3. Roast asparagus for 10 minutes.
  4. Transfer asparagus to a platter and drizzle with the lemon juice.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over top and serve immediately.
