Ingredients:

  • 5 lbs duck
  • 1/2 tsp caraway seed
  • 2 cups water
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and caraway seeds inside and out.
  2. Pour 1 cup water in a roasting pan.
  3. Put duck breast side down in 350° oven
  4. For 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add more water as needed.
