Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix in a blender- garlic, mustard, salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil
  2. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
  3. Add oregano and rosemary or thyme
  4. Place potatoes in mixture. place in refrigerator.
  5. Marinate for 1 day
  6. Bake at 350F for approx 1 hour
