  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. ricnse chicken and pat dry. season chick with 1/8 tsp peper and cook until golden brpwn on each side, 2-3 minutes
  3. Transfer to plate
  4. Add Onion and squash to skillet and cook stiring occasionally for 2 minutes. add broth and pepper and bring to a boil. Transefer to oven and cook until the squash is tender and the chidken is cooked through.
  5. Pour about 1/2 inch water into small saucepan and bring to a simmer of medium high heat. fit steamer basket in pan. place broccoli in steamer, cover and steam until tender about 3 minutes
  6. Transfer chicken and vegetables to plate and serve with broccoli
