Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp salsa
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 (9 inch) pie crusts

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs.
  2. Mix in the cheeses, salsa, salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out pie crust into a 12 inch circle on a foil-lined pizza sheet.
  4. Spread mixture on top of crust, leaving 1 inch of edge.
  5. Fold the 1 inch edge of pie crust over filling.
  6. Bake at 400 for 22-26 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before cutting into slices.
