Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients Ricotta balls ingredients together.
  2. Form mixture into balls about an inch round and roll in flour. Place all the ricotta balls in a bowl and place in refrigerator for 1 hour or longer.
  3. Sauté the sausage and onion.
  4. In a medium sauce pan add beef bouillon, tomato sauce, dry wine, and oregano, bring to a simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In the large sauce pan bring the 2” of water with the garlic clove and garlic salt to a boil.
  6. Drop ricotta balls in water, reduce heat to a simmer. When the ricotta balls rise remove about 5 minutes. Add them to the sauce heat for 5 minutes now it is ready to serve.
