Directions:

  1. In a medium sauce pan brown the pasta in the oil until golden brown.
  2. Add chicken broth bring to a boil.
  3. Add rice and garlic.
  4. Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let rest for ten minutes.
  6. Stir and enjoy.
