Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook orzo as directed on box.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Place in a large bowl and mix the rest of the ingredients together and toss gently to mix.
  4. Cover and refrigerate.
  5. Note: I add a little more lemon and garlic.
