Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Sauté onions in butter in large skillet for 10 minutes.
  3. Boil rice in water for 5 minutes then drain well.
  4. Place onions, rice, cheese and half and half in greased dish and bake uncovered 1 hour.
  5. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking.
