Ingredients:

  • 1 large vidalia onion
  • 1 tbsp butter or 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter in small saucepan.
  2. Add soy sauce to melted butter and mix.
  3. Peel and quarter the onion.
  4. Add to pan and cook over low heat.
  5. We like them a bit underdone but cook to your liking.
