Ingredients:

  • 6 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup long grain rice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla ectraact
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Rinse large pan in cold water, do not dry.
  2. Pour in milk and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir in rice and return to boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally until rice is tender, about 55 minutesl
  4. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt. When rice is tender, stir in cream mixture until completely combined, bring to boil.
  5. Remove from heat and pour into 2 quart oval dish.
  6. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
  7. Regrigerate at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. ENJOY!
