Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 quarts milk
  • 1 quart water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix and cook rice, sugar, milk & water slowly until almost dry! Remove from heat, add ice cream, eggs & vanilla. Cool and serve.
