Directions:

  1. Soak rice for 15 minutes.
  2. Allow the milk and coconut extract to boil.
  3. Add the soaked rice and cook.
  4. After it is cooked, add sugar, cardamom powder and almonds and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the evaporated milk and let it boil.
