Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 1 can of mushrooms

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven on 350F.
  2. Melt margarine in casserole dish.
  3. Pour in rice, consomme and mushrooms.
  4. Cover.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
