Ingredients:

  • 4 cups rice bubbles (or 3 cups & 1 cup cornflakes)
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 125 g butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Boil sugar, honey & butter for 3 minutes.
  2. In large bowl mix into other ingredients combining well.
  3. Press mixture evenly into slice tin.
  4. Cut while warm.
