Very popular New Zealand recipe. Normal size of a slice tin is 35cm long x 20 cm wide x 4 cm deep.
Ingredients:
4 cups rice bubbles (or 3 cups rice bubbles & 1 cup cornflakes)
1/2 cup coconut
125 g butter
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions:
1. Boil sugar, honey & butter for 3 minutes.
2. In large bowl mix into other ingredients combining well.
3. Press mixture evenly into slice tin.
4. Cut while warm.
