Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry salt pork, onion, and celery.
  2. Add salt, pepper and hamburger.
  3. Let simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
  4. Add chicken broth.
  5. Bring to a boil and then add rice. Cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Beat egg and cheese together.
  7. When rice is tender, stir in egg and cheese.
