Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot.
  2. Add rice and cook until rice begins to brown, 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Mix in garlic, onion and tomato; saute 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in broth and remaining ingredients; heat to boiling.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer, covered 15-20 minutes or until rice is tender.
