  1. Mix milk and oats in microwave-safe cereal bowl
  2. Add salt, if desired
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight
  4. Next morning, add blueberries and applesauce
  5. Microwave 2 minutes, stir
  6. Microwave 1 more minute, if you have a sweettooth, add some honey or sugar, then eat and enjoy
