Refreshing Cold Cucumber Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 450 g yogurt
  • 140 ml sour cream

Directions:

  1. Peel and cut the cucumber very small and thin.
  2. Mix cucumber with the yogurt and sour cream and add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Put this mix in the refrigeretaror for 2 hours.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped mint. and serve.
