Ingredients:

  • 4 oz watermelon , deseeded, cubed
  • 4 tbsp superfine sugar (the amount of sugar you add will depend on how sweet the fruit is)

Directions:

  1. Blend everything together until smooth.
  2. Sieve the mixture to remove the seeds, then pour into an ice lolly mould and freeze.
