Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In food processor, add chopped strawberries, 2/3 cup raspberries, and sugar
  2. Blend until smooth puree
  3. Drop 1 whole strawberry into each of 4 champagne flutes or wineglasses.
  4. Top with 2 tbls. mascarpone, then 2 tbls. fruit puree
  5. Repeat layering 2 more times
  6. Top off with mascarpone and add 3 raspberries for garnish
  7. Chill at least 1 hour
