Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice the romaine into thin ribbons.
  2. Slice the red cabbage as thin as you can.
  3. Toss together in a salad bowl; cover and refrigerate until serving time.
  4. Whisk the remaining ingredients, except blue cheese, in a bowl, until well combined.
  5. Fold in the cheese.
  6. The dressing can be made several days in advance.
  7. Dress the slaw just before serving.
