Rechelle's Crunchy Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of sliced peaches
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. IN RECTANGLE BAKING DISH MELT STICK OF BUTTER.
  2. LIGHTLEY DRAIN PEACHES AND POUR ON TOP OF BUTTER.
  3. IN LARGE MIXING BOWL, MIX ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR THE MILK, BLEND WELL.
  4. ADD ENOUGH MILK TO MAKE A POURABLE BATTER.
  5. POUR OVER PEACHES.
  6. BAKE AT 350 UNTIL GOLDEN BROWNED.
  7. ROUGHLY 40 MINUTES.
  8. ENJOY.
