Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and butter a 9 X12 baking dish.
  2. Peel and slice peaches and place in prepared dish.
  3. Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the peaches.
  4. Cream the butter (which should equal the size of your egg) with the white sugar.
  5. Place your egg into a 1 cup measure and add enough milk to equal 1 cup.
  6. Add the milk, egg, and vanilla to the creamed butter and sugar, stir to combine.
  7. Add the dry ingredients and mix until blended.
  8. Pour the batter over prepared peaches.
  9. Bake for 1 hour 350°F.
