Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp nama shoyu
  • 1/4 tsp agave
  • pinch sea salt

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Dressing should be thick until mixed with the potato salad.
