Raw Flaxseed Cereal

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp raisins
  • 1 tsp walnuts

Directions:

  1. Soak flaxseed (raisins and nuts seperately)
  2. Over night in twice as much water.
  3. In the morning peel apples and cut into smaller parts
  4. Peel banana
  5. Rinse flaxseed
  6. Put all in blender and add 1/4 cup water
  7. Add raisins and nuts to cereal
