Ingredients:

  • 1 (18 oz) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. mix all ingredients together, except walnuts and raisins, till smooth. fold in raisins and walnuts. grease bundt or tube pan. pour cake mixture into pan. bake 40-45 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. cool ten minutes before turning out onto serving dish or rack.
