Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup carob powder
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. This bark is made in a bowl sitting in a hot water bath.
  2. To do this, fill a large bowl half way or so with very hot water.
  3. Place your mixing bowl in the hot water.
  4. Add the coconut oil, as it melts, add in all of the other ingredients.
  5. Mix until blended.
  6. Pour into an oiled pan and let cool.
  7. Break into pieces and enjoy.
