Ingredients:

  • thick-sliced or cut in chunks
  • 1/4 package of ( dry ) hidden valley ranch dressing mix

Directions:

  1. Thick-Slice or cut in Chunks the SQUASH
  2. In medium- size pan, STEAM the SQUASH just until Fork-Tender, drain off any liquid
  3. Meanwhile, Melt the BUTTER and mix with the DRY RANCH DRESSING
  4. When SQUASH is done, Gently toss with the Butter and Dressing mixture
