Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare 8 or 9 inch baking pan by spraying with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. In a small mixing bowl, beat eggs, granulated sugar, and vanilla.
  6. Combine flour and baking soda in separate small bowl.
  7. Add to the chocolate mixture.
  8. Spread evenly into prepared pan.
  9. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for approximately 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
  10. (Do not overbake)
  11. Cool completely.
  12. FOR FILLING:
  13. Combine 1 tablespoon liquid whipping cream and coffee granules in a small bowl.
  14. Stir until coffee is completely dissolved.
  15. In small mixing bowl, beat butter and confectioner's sugar with an electric mixer.
  16. Add coffee mixture and beat again until smooth and creamy.
  17. Spread over cooled brownies.
  18. FOR GLAZE:
  19. In a small saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream.
  20. Cook and stir over low heat until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is thickened.
  21. Cool slightly.
  22. Carefully spread glaze over filling.
  23. Let stand for 30 minutes or until glaze is set.
  24. Cut into squares.
  25. Store in refrigerator.
