Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare but do not bake pie shell.
  2. Combine milk, sugar replacement, butter, eggs, cornstarch and salt in heavy saucepan.
  3. Cook and stir over medium-low heat til well blended and slightly thickened.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in pecans and vanilla, and allow filling to rest 10 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle raisins on bottom of unbaked pie shell and pour pecan mixture on top.
  7. Bake 375F 45-50 mins or til knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
