Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Throw them in a bowl with the basil (chiffonade if fresh).
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Let the tomatoes sit for about 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, drizzle olive oil on the bread, then toast.
  6. Cut the garlic clove in half, and rub the bread with it.
  7. Spread the tomato mixture on the bread, making sure that the juice from the bottom of the bowl makes it onto the bread.
  8. Top with a bit of grated parmesan.
  9. Broil for about 3-5 minutes.
  10. Devour.
