Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef with onion in skillet, stirring until ground beef is crumbly; drain.
  2. Stir in corn, green pepper, soup, water, chili powder, and salt.
  3. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Pour into 2 1/2 quart baking dish.
  5. Combine cornmeal mix, egg and oil in bowl; mix well.
  6. Spoon over casserole.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees or until topping is brown.
